Rates, Fees, and Small Print The “Mary Virginia” – The “What Is” to Charter

Sadly, your cruise isn’t free, and there are some necessary requirements in order to join our waterway fraternity/sorority of “Merry Mary Virginians”.

We do maintain a calendar showing the dates the “Mary Virginia” (and her crew) is/are available for charter.  For now it isn’t online so you’ll need to contact us via call, text, or email to see if your preferred date(s) and times are open.

Also, the total charge for your charter is dependent upon the number of guests in your group (maximum of six for day-cruises, and maximum of two for overnights), the day of the week, the hours you wish to cruise, the destination you select, the menu you choose, and any costs charged by third parties (e.g., a marina), any applicable discounts you have and other variables which we will discuss with you in order to provide you with a firm quote.

However, the base rate is $350 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, i.e., $1,050 plus 7% tax - $1,123.50, and that includes the boat, the fuel, the non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and scintillating conversations with the Captain and First Mate.  Payments may be made via credit card (add 3.5%), check, and PayPal.
